Hi folks
My 200tdi 90 started overheating the other day on the way home, about a mile from home the temp gauge crept up just past halfway, by the time i was home it was steaming away and had covered my engine bay in water. Anyway i filled it up the next day and found that it was leaking from the rubber hose that was going from the heater box over the top of the engine and into the thermostat housing, on closer inspection it LOOKS like the hose has a pinprick hole in it which the water is seeping from, is it possible to lose this much water through such a tiny hole? obviously there is the expansion, temp and pressure to consider. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know where i can source a new hose? many thanks
