Hello :welcome2: folk, this is what happened...
Got home, stopped in the middle of the road as usual to reverse in my front yard......I had a problem trying to select reverse (no warning....all was well driving).
Switched engine off, selected reverse, start engine with clutch pedal to the floor, reverse OK.
Stopped, tried to go forward, first would not engage.
Put transferbox in neutral, selected first gear, pulled lever back to high, it did crunch in, lifted clutch pedal the thing moved.
Next day I am :5bdriving: driving to go to my local friendly independent Land Rover Specialist.....to get going I did same as previous paragraph....and two miles down the road loud bang :5bbeatdeadhorse5: and no more traction.
Any idea?
