can any one help me out would like to no what spec the 200 tdi injector nozzles are and what are the upgrades .220 ? and where to get them cheapish and has any one done this and how good dose it go in your motor

Not heard of this upgrade to the injectors, can you say where you came across the info?

i had an engineering place tinker with mine for me, as long as yer can get the fuelling to match then the benefits are amazing. running cost is down the drain but i would never advise tuning to these engines anless your prepared for it to go bang and replace the engine.
 
i set up ve bosch pumps and fit new nozzles to injectors i am not hear to get work just some info and give some advice , on the vw t4 155hp engine the nozzles size is .216 a ruff gess for a 200tdi disco would be .205 ish = 100hp to 125hp if you up grade nozzles it dose not meen that your disco will use more fuel unless you use the extra power, i could set up a 200 disco to give 200hp the peek preshure would be high ie could bend rods or blow head gaskets , there is a lot you can do to the pumps to help torqe and hp , i have just rebuilt a 200tdi pump with all the nice trimmings
:) so any info injectors 200 300 tdi, has any one put 300 tdi injectors in the 200 any driffrance?:cool:

That's a bit harsh isn't it. The bloke is saying he has got some experience but is looking for more info, that's all.

Doesn't that apply to us all? We all know some stuff and need to learn other stuff - some need to learn for example: people skills, manners, self control, dignity, modesty, humility etc.
