200 tdi defender 1991 (bio diesel)

I have the above vehicle 200tdi will this run on bio-diesel, dont wont to knack the injection pump, any advise would be helpfull.

thanks for the reply was told that this would run ok on bio-diesel that was bought from pumps something about 10% whatever that means, what are the problems with it and is there anything i can do to remidy this to run on it.

sigh ..... it'll run fine just fill it up

you can also run it on neat vegetable oil - direct out of the bottle, much cheaper at 85p ish/L

I GET IT FOR FREEEEEEEEEE thats why i bought 200tdi my hilux pickup injection pump doesnt like bio as the seals go on them, hence why i am DOWNGRADING to a landrover only need it for shooting, i can keep the hilux for pulling it out of muddy fields when it gets stuck

Looks like you upgraded to me. Slittys... gawd... Also more times than I care to remember the LR's save the slittys.
