2 queries

Hi all.
I purchased a 2017 HSE 2.0 sport this week. I have two queries that you may be able to help with.
1. In navigation there is no audio. I have clicked mute and turn on sound and even tried to change language in settings. Any ideas?
2. There is no sound when reversing for the rear sensor. There is an audio icon that has an x through it but when I click nothing happens.
Audio for radio etc fine.

As this late model Disco is WAY above my pay grade I cannot comment from personal knowledge, but just to iron it out, can we take it you have read the manual to see if you can find an answer?
Do not be insulted, you cannot imagine how many come on here who haven't !
