Hey, i recently got a 200tdi to replace my 2.5 petrol in my 90. its a disco 200tdi which the last owner had in his '86 110, he decided to replace all running gear and engine to 300tdi spec hence he sold me the 200tdi so it has most of the pipes extended and the modified exhaust and all done already which is handy!except i now need to get the plug for the alternator and the pipes sorted for PAS which i have on another thread.

i have now come to rigging up the fuel lines but since the engine has already been converted the lines are kinda homemade! so its not as easy to figure out whats what! can anyone help me out with the setup of the fuel pump and lines and correct me if im wrong?

heres some pics of how i think it works but im prob wrong! if any one has any pics of a similar setup it'd be a big help!

here you can see the fuel line and return on the bulkhead with the sediment filter from the petrol now removed.

do i take this fuel line and connect it to lift pump here?

from here does the lift pump send it to filter along the green fuel line?
then back to the pump via the red line?

then finally is the fuel return taken from the back of the pump here?

i know its probably wrong but at least it'll give someone a starting point on where to correct me

Thanks,
Larry
