Hi just a quick one I want to check the oil in the gearbox does anybody know what size and type bit I need I have tried T55 and all the others I have and Allen keys but all are either too big or too small thanks

Do you mean on the filler/level plug on the later box. If a T55 is to small try a T60 if it's a torx fitting. Don't know for sure mine is the earlier box.

t55 is the correct size ,does the hole need pickling out stopping bit going in enough,3292 lt77 plug is a better replacement

Thanks for replies,wammers yes the filler / level plug so will try T60 and Jamesmartin it looks clean inside I shone a torch inside but looked ok but I will give it a go with a pick or something
