One doesn't want to move ones seat manually:D.
Do you have heated seats though?
Switches for them on the dash somewhere?
I need to find an owner's handbook so I know what to twiddle with when I view.

I would. Mine's manual - way faster when swapping over from missus.

I think that Wildcat cat delete might be Bearmach. That's enough to make me pause. My cats.'s been on there over 25 years and is still solid.

I also found some downloadable here https://idoc.pub/documents/workshop-manual-range-rover-p38-6klzodokqv4g
It’s not Rave but has all the manuals which is. Basically rave;).
Click downloads on the left, then click I am not a robot and save to local.
Just do that for as many as you need, Electrial troubleshooting is in there too:) use the search box for Range Rover P38.

If anyone needs a pdf of workshop manual or rave in pdf, drop me a message with your email and I can link you to my one drive.

Wildbear make the decat and midbox delete in house. The quality is spot on.

Just the 1;) go and get them all.
the manuals basically make up Rave. Trying to get rave to work as it originally did takes a bit of faffing around as adobe has change so much, Mine is a pain sometimes to find anything as theres 5000 pages to try and scroll through.

but at least you have enough to read and find out what should do what and when;) have fun:D.

Nice one:) just been back and done a search and got owners handbook, electrical troubleshooting, abs accumulator, and fast part numbers :D

I was going to buy one but after I'd got the car. I am a little concerned, maybe unnecessarily, that the mileage might have been 'clocked' and I wouldn't know. Would the nano tell me that? And what other useful stuff could it tell me pre purchase?

Theres a BECM 1 as well i think.

Difficult to clock, if you fit an instrument panel with a lower mileage it defaults to the higher as its stored in the BECM aswell. I think.

It is possible but a lot of faff is the way i am lead to believe, need plenty of expensive diagnostics to do it.

MOT history is probably the quickest easiest way to tell.

Are you any the wiser less or more scared all these weeks in?
Surprisingly less scared:cool:and slightly wiser:).
I see bearmach have the nanocom for £450 ish, can't remember the exact amount and they may be another 10% off but I ran out of time to investigate that.
Sold my mini digger yesterday which has given me 3.6k, just need to finish my big driveway project, flog the motorhome and some other stuff and I'll have the room to park a 38:).
If I flog my tratter I can keep the motorhome but I don't think I can:(.
It's simple, good to look at and I love her, bit like me Doris;)

2 landrovers, a proper one and a posh one sounds good to me:D
