1st Landy and 1st post

Hi there I’m Nik and this is my 1st post probably of many. I’ve had my 2011 90 van body hardtop that’s been converted with panoramic glass in the rear. Landy for a month now and I’m just tinkering here and there to begin with trying to get it looking a bit better and driving a bit better.
I was sorting out the rear bed as it was a state - getting there with the tidy up. I noticed there is speaker wires in the back behind the wee panels I removed - I guess these are in the wiring loom as standard - I can’t find where they are in the front - I connected speakers and there’s no sound from them - does anyone know how or where they would be up front? I’ve put a double din converter up front and had a good look in behind
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to find the wiring diagrams and electrical reference library with a bit of on line searching. Free to download. The reference library which complements the diagrams will show you where items are located in the vehicle. I have the versions for the later 2.2 model, but there are many differences to the earlier 2.4 model.

Hi there not sure of colour of the cables as they have body paint on them - they have the 2 connectors of different sizes the same as the front speaker so thought they were speakers and that’s the area where some models have speaker pods
