Hi everyone
Could do with some advice. I have a 1999 disco 2 that seems to have an overheating problem. The temp gauge will go right to the red, lose power then once I have slowed up it drops back down and runs fine. Also the fan starts as soon as I turn on the engine, Even when the engine hasn't reached temperature. My heating will also go hot and then it will go cold even tho engine is at temperature. The temperature will go straight back to normal when I turn the engine off then start it up straight after. I have replaced the thermostat and temp sensor as well as new header tank and some pipes near the back of the engine. It seems that the engine is sucking in air somehow but aren't sure how. Would appreciate ne help.
