1996 p38 rear air bag change

Do i need to buy any new mountings or fixings as well as an offside rear air bag and can a mere mortal like me - albeit a pit fitter by trade, change it myself or shud i take it to a garage and pay £80 - 100 labour or more ?????. I dont have a manual to explain ops.

Look on the how to of this section datatek had written a how to do it
You should fit as a pair if one is worn the other will be near its end too
All you need to buy are the retaining clips as the originals will be corroded and some thick wire would help

Absolute piece of **** of a job, 15 mins per side armed with no more than a long screwdriver, an old wire coathanger, a short crow bar (not always needed) an axle stand and a jack.
