For all of you who appear to think that France is in the tropics, I can tell you that Brittany, where we live, is freezing today. Very cold and damp but not as bad as the grey North West of England where I spent most of my life. In addition, property is really cheap but you need to speak French to live and survive here.
Iz it mate, No way lar!! :p

Hi Brianp38dse
Thank you for your info, that's exactly what I was expecting, something simple I just couldn't grasp, and you were gracious enough not to call me a "numpty", thank you for solving my problem.

It's pretty cold further south near Poitiers too:(

I had a look and yes as I expected, plenty of conflicting info:rolleyes: I'm not sure tbh Keith.. I tested on the 5th day and it was positive, I then tested today 7th and still positive and I've no idea what to do.... Poor Lewis my youngest has it also :(

Nobody seems sure how long it takes to clear, I guess it depends on your personal health. I suppose all you can do is wait it out. The average seems to be about 10 days but defining when the start point is for the count down is not so easy. Sorry to hear about poor Lewis, has he got it bad and is he vaccinated?

All vaccinated Keith, he has just a sore throat for the moment.. I've got work backed up down the drive and more call coming in:eek: all the buses are turning up at the same stop...
