1996 LAND ROVER Discovery 2.5 Td5 Adventurer

Hi My wife is looking for a new land rover and she has a eye on two a 1997 LAND ROVER Discovery 2.5 Td5 Adventurer or a ES premium both are the same age with both 100,000 on the clock, both within £100.00 of each other. Not such what the difference is. They are in opps direction to where we live. any advice would be good. many thanks Gary

96 and 97 td5 disco's thought they wer launched 99 could be wrong tho

Sorry yes you are right it is a Tdi not a TD5 Gary

go for the one with least add ons - ditch the following:-
abs
cruise control
air con
heated seats
in fact owt electric
cos at some point you'll only be on here asking how to fix it - if it aint there it cant go wrong.
that was my philosophy and mines bin great!
