1994 p38 range rover melted fuse

Hi all i have a 1994 range rover 4.6 v8 just been going over it and fuse 17 on the becm under the drivers seat has melted car has been sat a few years and just getting it up and running when ignition is on it comes up with traction control fault abs fault and the interior light stays on anything I can check or be pointed in the right direction would be much appreciated
