Hi
Im almost finished a alot of work on my 3 door disco
Im a bit unsure of the vacuum lines routing for the heater assembly.
Can someone point me in the right direction for info?
Thank you

Iirc pipe came out of cabin on nearside of bulkhead, then clipped up unitl it was drivers side of bulkhead where it joined the main vac line via a t piece.

Poic stolen from ebay, you can see T piece just above the clutch master cylinder cap,

As you presumably have a left hand drive vehicle your small heater vacuum pipe should come out drivers side
Bulkhead and as lynall has said T into the brake servo vacuum line,

Hi. What is the vacuum hose routing inside the cab? I guess it goes to the solenoid then the actuator? Where is the solenoid located? Thank you

Again Iirc its to do with the recirc valve/flap in the heater box itself?

On the UK heater it comes through the firewall on the left side where your brake/ Clutch pedal is fitted
On a left hand drive, then it sweeps up to the solenoid on the left side of the heater,

Yes, thats the part i dont understand. I can see the actuator on the left side of the heater box, but where is the solenoid?

I got it done, thanks for all the help. It was a bit tight and the original vac hoses arent that strong.
I wonder if any forum member used to own my disco? It was purchased in England
Its a green 91 3 door. it had steel front and rear bumpers , big winch up front. Car alarm with a back up battery hidden in the back . Also a period early car phone built into the car.Someone spent some money on this in '91!!!

You might have more luck with the UK reg number if you have it?
Most older discos end up as off road hacks, shame as early ones getting rare.
Cannot remember last time I saw a 200 on the road, see the odd chopped 300 covered in mud.
