He really wants to do a swap for some 16" alloys, otherwise he'll be driving on the discs.
Can't remember what he said about tyres, but I don't think they are part of the deal.

Cheaper tyres and a better ride probably or given the fact that it looks covered in mud I'd say offroad use as they're nicer than using thin tyres

Fairplay, still a fair amount of tyre between rim n road though? not exactly low profile haha maybe in comparison

2" makes all the difference lol! Never bought a tyre ! Only been driving year and a half

and got spare set off tyres n alloys off my ex disco haha
