always good to get a company that doesnt rip u off like the dealers do , is terrible the rates they attempt to charge customers

think it's 105 quid an hour , plus vat for our local stealer
I've had coded keys done by Duplicut for different prices from £35 to £50.
£64 isn't that much more for the one in your link. I'll have to call Duplicut to get an idea of the cost - I don't have a spare fob yet (nor a spare coded key for that matter :D:D). It is something I'll get once I've done the VCU.

Now that I like mainly because this motor is not going on the road for ages.
Being dense I can't be 100% if it means the Remote Central Locking Fob alone which costs £64. To me the key is nothing to do with it

yes it's just the remote on its own and u are correct with relation to the key

don't know if you've seen this but explains in better detail about the alarm

highly recommend getting another key , as there has been members that have been left in the lurch in only having one key and loosing it ,

then have to take ur log book and Id to a main dealer in order to get another key , then extra expense of getting it programmed

myself and many other members have got a hawkeye and know it programs keys and remotes , etc, maybe someone near u may be able to help ,

with the cost of what garages charge has already paid for itself

this was one a while back where a member had a nightmare regarding keys, has got some good links etc

hope it may be useful to u

agree vcu first , lol

plus if the front y shaped bearing ever fails u don't need a new prop , u can get just that bearing replaced by an engineering company , at least u can carry on driving it with the front prop and vcu removed
