hahaha it wasn't just me my mums boyfriend helped me out :rofl

ut of cardboard ive made a template for the cab but im struggling to find a cheap enough 8ft x 4ft aluminium sheet there mostly all above 100 odd quid but I have a bit of money but I only have 120 odd quid left and Im using 60 quid of It for a phone which is kinda more important cuz I don't drive yet so I wana find a cheap sheet this is how I want my cab its straight near roof then a angle going down until half way down cab then straightens off wat do ya think I live near yate, Bristol if any one knows really cheap metalwork or sheets near here can you tell me thanks guys

Looks like ur 5 mins from me, I live near Iron Acton! Not sure on local metal dealers, have a look on ebay you never know

just an idea, why don,t you use the roof you cut off.
cut back part off near rear door will put added strength back into it

hey tyre man dave thanks for the suggestion i have tried this method didnt look to bad only problem was to small and had slight bend in it so i thought to completely redo it
