Not sure specifically what the 14D came out of. RRC possibly.
But I'd say good luck finding one for reasonable money. I looked for ages for my conversion and gave up and used a 1.2 instead.
All the parts are available to convert your existing box though if need be.

Not particularly difficult, but then I have rebuilt a few. I guess it depends what your skill set is, what tools you have at you disposal etc..
