110" value?

I've been offered ( well asked to make an offer on) an old 110" ex water board hard top with hydraulic winch, its been sat on a farm yard for about 10yrs and only get s used occasionally for hauling logs.
I havn't seen it yet but if it's any good what sort of price should i be offering?
also what should I be looking out for ?

havin sed that , most farmers i no (us included) slosh the old tractor engine oil in the chasiss , keeps em mint
