Hi There,
I am about to take ownership of a 110 Adventure!

I have some plans for this and over the next few years will start to make changes - I want to start in 2 areas:

1. Door Hinges (TMD Tuning)
2. Lighting (Upgrades Indicators and Reverse Lights)

Here are a couple of questions:
1. Is there a view on who produces the best lighting products (I see Lazer for bar lights but unsure about things like indicators

2. Security - I want to include a kill switch (hidden) and wondering if there are any good products or if this is just a custom job (i.e. get the switch and the wire in to disable starter motor)

3. Products - has there been a thread on best upgrades from interior to engine upgrades (I see Overland, Twisted and Wildcat etc) but wondering if there were any recommendations from experience...

Thanks

DSJ

Lazer make amazing lights, security wise you should be looking at steering wheel locks, pedal locks, X-eng steering lock from Foundry 4x4, SkyTag etc, also look at security hinges for doors and bonnet, rear quarter lights benefit from an external guard on them as they're easily pushed in to gain access.

KBX do full LED light kits with the necessary relays for Defenders.

Tuning depends on engine and Mystic Mog is on a stress break this week ;)

Interior is what ever you can afford after it has emptied your bank account on repairs and fixing other folks bodges.

Nice one. Pics? What year/engine?

Lazer are generally the best but unless youre racing or overlanding where you cant afford a failure they are total overkill. Try Wow.factor on ebay, quality bars fraction of the cost.

Indicators etc... - Wipac and Nakatenega are the best bet.

Xeng column lock is a great start and easy to fit.

Disklok

Interior up to you really. Depends if you want to do it yourself or not and what you want from it.

Think it is Transit engine, it is fixable but you lose the 6 speed box
