110 td5 tranfer box problem?

wheels remain locked even with handle put back into normal position causing clunking of front wheels

huh? you think ur diff lock is seized? drive backward for a bit.

get center seat cover off and using 13mm socket turn nut that holds diff lock linkage to transfer box anti clockwise to put it out of diff lock then ,you can adjust linkage on pivot on the lever going down between boxes its an eye bolt that needs screwing in/out to ensure lever does both

James Martin, thanks gave that a shot, think it must be the transfer box itself ? as the diff's still locking

drain the oil its not unknown for diffs to bust
