Ive been looking at photos -

The csw, which im familiar with, has no bulkhead behind the seat box, and has a lower level floor, until it raises up, where the 2nd row seats sit.

The van, which i dont know, seems to have a flat bed, up to the front seats, and then a bulkhead behind the seats.

Im thinking that, where the floor drops down, where the 2nd row passengers feet would be - that's lower than the van floor, right? (otherwise the tailgate doors would need to be different between the van and the csw)

Also, the bit in front of the wheel arch, where the 2nd row doors are - this is just boxed in on the van, as dead space, right? Which is why you get those kits to put storage locker doors there?

Why am i asking?

Im thinking that if i take out the 2nd row seats on my csw, and level out the drop where the 2nd row passengers feet would go, my vehical will be more suitable for carrying "stuff" about in the short to medium term.

Thank you.

Still a way off, considering the bulkhead is still on the floor, however, its not looking too bad -

There are four* new parts in that photo - the three heater control cables [which you can hardly see] and the plastic cover that goes over the door stay - quite pleased with the way the rest of it has come up.

*excluding the stainless screws, washers, etc.
