110 double cab intercooler pipe

I've got a 58 reg 110 double cab, the intercooler pipe come off the other day and was loosing power, the pipe is now back on but when it came off oil went all over I just wondered if the engine oil will need topping up :confused

What does the oil level show?:doh::doh::doh:

As the intercooler pipes carry air (ther will be some small amounts of oil residue too) you shouldn't find the level has dropped. It's good practice to check your fluids (oil, coolant, screenwash etc) tyre pressures, tread depth, lights etc at least once a week. I'd rather spend 2 mins of my time to save blowing up my engine, having an accident or getting points on my licence.
