110 Defender locking problems..

Hi there...

Got a 1992 110 V8 with some small issues!

The first being (and this is a new problem) when I lock the drivers door, whether it's with the key or from inside, it can still be opened!

We noticed this on the way back from an event, when we stopped at a service station and tried to lock up (temporally fixed by blocking the door in using another defender!)

But the weird thing is its locked from inside, just not out.. which isn't ideal.

Has anyone else had similar problems? I've taken the door card off and nothng seems to have come loose or fell off - I just can't work out how it all works so its hard to get my head around!

I had a similar problem on a Defender NSF door. "Solved" by using the lock on both inside and outside - but it can't be the last door to be closed.
