Hi.... wonder if anyones any advice i have a 2001 freelander 1800 petrol.... that just cuts out whilst driving.... i use it daily to and from work which is about 14 miles each way n it makes it no problem all though seems t lack power... but if i drive any where any further it just cuts out.... i leave it a few mins then she cracks up and goes a gain but only makes it a mile or so then the same again .... and the car behaves like this for the duration of the journey.... an6 advice would be gratefully received thanks in advance.

Apparantly its had a new crank sensor less than a 1000 miles ago is it worth changing again? ive only had the car 2 weeks... and bought it on the understanding it had had everything done to it.... starting t think now ive been sold a bad egg :( would the crank sensor not throw the engine management light on? Had the obd plugged in but showing no faults :/ could it be the fuel pump on its way out or a blocked fuel filter ive not had time to pull em out yet thats saturday mornings task....?
