08 L322 gas in cab

hi guys driving back from Liverpool today 3hr drive I had to stop due to a strong gas smell in the cab it was giving us all a sore head. On the road again opened the sunroof thinking this would help then the stench quadrupled. Any ideas where to start??

maybe an injector seal not sealing any more it could be worn or a pipe start the car when you get up after putting washing up liquid on all the pipe joints then look and keep putting soap on them for ten mins or till the temp goes to warm see if any bubbles come on the pipe joints if not it could be a seal on the injector. when finished with the soap dont forget to wash it all off the joints and pipes cause its not good for rubber.
