My 2006 Freelander 1 TD4 is running rough below 2000rpm
ive leakbacked check all injectors results were fin and all equally level
at the moment ive replaced fuel filter, crank case with bmw vortec, egr blanked, air filter, oil and oil filter have just replaced the boost vacuum solenoid, tried disconnecting the MAF and no change in how its runs, cleaned the fuel pressure sensor plug/pings no change, have replaced all the vacuum hoses with silicone ones and still no difference im running out of things to change, any suggestion sout there as to what is could be? Heres a vid of how its running
Thanks fellas for your help

Yeah i have been through the injectors and disconnect one by one and its gets alot worse every time i unplug an injector, also did a leakback test and the results were pretty well balanced

Next thing to check is the inlet manifold for carbon goop. This can build up to the point that is seriously affects air flow in to the cylinders.

Have ordered ron box , new maf, map,IAT sensors will see if it changes just fitted new fuel rail pressure sensor no difference, have an obd2 scan tool at work and a one of those cheap charley obd2 wifi readers when should i be looking at?

Sounds like mines.
Mines was running great before i touched it.
I stripped and cleaned intake blanked the egr, cleaned the injectors, and new gliw plugs and it sound like a bag of bolts.
I really wish i had left it alone as it was running great.
I couldn't get it to start this mornimg either.
I want to buy a reader but have no idea on what to get.
I hear your frustration pal.
I am considering selling up as i am way out of my depth here.
Hope you get it fixed and will hopefully glean something for mines as i am lost.
Sorry i cant help but thought i would tell you mines sounds similar.

Have you checked the fuel rail wires ? i replaced all my hoses and cleaned the manifold when i first brought mine and it ran like a bag of bolts , then i found out about the fuel pressure harness

Thanks pal.
I reckon my problem is one of my injectors.
I reckon i have knackered it when i stripped and cleaned it.
Will find out when i fit another one in its place.
Cheers

Injector 2 knackered and injector 4 retaining bracket snapped.
Changed out and running great thankfully.
Onto the next job
