05-06 Discovery 3. Advice please.

Hi gents.

I have had a Defender 110 TD5 Double cab for 6 or 7 years now and i think i know it sort of inside out! But alas i am now thinking of changing it for a Discovery 3 for more comfort and better m-way miles with the family!

The sale of the Double cab should fetch £10.5K but i know next to nothing about them. Could someone please advise me on what to look out for on a 2005-2006 possibly a 2007 model for around £11K? It was mentioned to me about a motor on the air filter that blocks up and it can cause major probs. Thing like that would be helpfull.

egr problems ! and turbo problems and a lot of the bushes go ! but apart from that a smooth beast !
