03 td5

Hi
Just joined cos i,ve got a problem with my td5. When i take my foot off the accelerator there is a knociking noise from the transmission. Changed the front prop shaft about 6000 miles ago and i have checked the rear one which seems ok wheel bearings are ok anybody got any ideas.

is it defo the transmission a lot of clunks come from the rear a-frame balljoint especially when lifting the clutch pedal

true , or could be trailing arm bushes on the rear axle
