the difference between a 200tdi heater box and a 300tdi one? Is there a difference in the mountings etc and what would ah need to make it fit a Td5 bulkhead???

its the same box and mounts as i have both kicking about, looked at them and carnt find any difference, dont know about fitting to a td5 bulkhead tho, cannot think of any reason why it wont fit !

cheers mate Do ye know if the pipe sizes are different or both just the same? The one Ah've seen has the straight connectors the same as mine.

both mine have the same pipe sizes, i got the 200 one to take the matrix out of for my 300 one thats in better nick

and thats being fitted to my s3 bulk head thats now fitted to my s2 that now as a brand new bobtailed 110 td5 chassis ! Its complicated !
