EAS relay live feed

I have disabled my EAS self-levelling by replacing the delay relay (ANR4652) with a 4-pin relay. Could someone tell me which colour wire to the relay is the live one, as I want to instal a switch to sometimes completely disable the system?

RAVE or a DVM will give you that information. Not possible to run diagnostics with a 4 pin relay in place of the EAS relay.

Except for leak tracing, I'm not sure why anyone would want to disable self leveling.

Given that the car is parked for static leak tracing, just unplug the relay. Then once that's done put the relay back, and do live leak tracing with engine running. In the latter case you're looking for leaks during normal operation.

Better still do the valve block on on the bench. That way you can check the valves under the block as well.

Even easier, depending where you park, just prop the upper tailgate open a few millimetres, that will freeze the suspension.
