Used the PScan to code in 2 new fobs as mine died the other day and so couldn't start the car for about a week...

Which disk manufacturer @kernowsvenski and can you feel a difference?
As shared, but a link is here;

Mine are still bedding in so will report back.

Finally got round to replacing the crank position sensor. The car had only failed to start twice these past couple of months but the crank sensor seemed to be the most likely culprit. Only time will tell.
Easy job, took less than an hour.

I have a spare one in my glove box, with an 8mm socket, just in case!
If pushed, you can change it at the roadside (so I’m told 😉)

Yes, done it in a layby on the A30, with my feet sticking out towards the nearside carriageway.
Oh, from memory it's a 10mm spanner needed, not an 8mm. Keep both sizes handy, just in case. ;)

Daughter dropped by yesterday to say the front passenger bottom door trim was hanging off.
"How the hell did you manage that?" I asked.
"Got attacked by an enraged sheep on Skye." was the answer.

The aft two clips that press into the door were broken, not something readily available late on a Sunday.
The solution? I wee squirt of expanding foam around the broken clips and hold the trim in place for an hour.

I’m currently around the mountains on holiday. Decided to take the F2, just ‘because’.
Just refuelled (like charging points, petrol stations are few and far between around here). Kent > Bristol > North Wales. Over 350 miles, a smidge over 38 MPG (fill to fill). Lots of LR’s, especially F2’s, to wave at.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the seats in my F2 are more comfortable for a long journey than the seats in my BMW iX3.

The chinesium CarPlay was a good addition - tunes streamed from my phone to the (very good) aux of the F2 system for the whole journey 👍
