The old gal passed away quietly at 05:21 this morning. Her son was there with her.
A long life, well lived and now at peace.

Been hot as heck over here.
Currently 25 inside the house and that feels cool!!
Still the pool amazingly is up to 23 so swimmable, once I get it clean.
Had a huge bash with the big cutting machine and the strimmer yessdi as well as using the hand clippers around the flexible netting fence and the guy ropes holding it up, (for the hens)
The weeds have been growing like Triffids but hoping the hot weather will slow it down.
Shopped today.

Had been religiously putting 4 lucky dips on every Euromillions, since it got so high, so a couple of weeks now, and had won half my stake back each time!
Went in to day to see how I did last Tuesday, the silly bint had sold me a ticket for Friday last Tuesday! So I didn't get a go, and some blerk from Hireland seems to have won it!! Typical.

So no, @kevstar you won't be getting my V8!!

We is getting so close to the longest day that I cannot go to bed for ages, as the hens will not go into their hut so I can lock them up!
And now W is trying to tell me that she can hear the local wolf baying at the moon!!

Yep we do have wolves, but I think they stay away from places that are hoccupied by yumans. So this is what I tell her!
At 10 to 11 I hope I can get some kip!
