Just been watching a Youtube linked from another thread about how to get your wheel alignment done.

Why do Merkins always sound so patronising?
About 24 mins of him pushing computer buttons and then tweaking the front toe in a tiny bit.
Bit of a joke really! ;)

Ive done thousands of wheel alignments over the years also been on training courses bla bla All done by lasers sometimes
its experience setting them up & not going by oem settings, even different types of tyres can act in setting toes in out
you could shake them all about but the left one always needs offset to account for roundabout wear. ;)

Funnily it was the left one that he fiddle with, but this was in Merkin land where I understand they do not know whata roundabout is!!!

Knee a bit better then Dan? 👨‍⚕️
Yes, just a little. As long as I don't go crazy with the PUSH effort it seems to cope. :)
Weird seeing as one day last week I could not walk up or down the stairs on the right leg.
As the trike is e-assist I am not having to do all the work I am just adding to the e-assist level and ensuring that I feel some reasonable resistance. Little steps and maybe bit-by-bit I will get much better.

Dunt the pedalling hurt your legs after a couple of miles?
The e-assist is a big help without it I doubt that the cycling would be possible.
But, I do my best to keep the e-assist level low enough that I am also putting effort into the system against the resistance so that my muscles get a bit of work to do. It's the glutes that are complaining the most (feels like you've been kicked in the buttocks).
The knees are slightly tender but no real pain as such, I just know I have been cycling is all. :)
