Transit passed it's MOT, cheeky bugger said it's so shiny it's as good as new. Just an advisory on the front tyres as they are getting near the limit.

It was in reverse with handbrake on. Straining like a good un to move. Frightened the life out myself when I finally realised what I'd done.

Have decided to upgrade various lighting elements, so a quick trip to Ming Woo's Parts Emporium and I've got:

New Puddle Lights (These have never worked so will take forever to get working)
New Reverse lights so I can see what I'm going to hit
New Numberplate lights
New Boot Lid lights.

I was tempted by the 55w LED High Beam bulbs, but isn't there some legal nonsense about replacing halogen with LED?

Not anymore but they need to have the correct beam pattern, not all do.
They also get very hot so you have to bear that in mind
Are you actually on halogen or hid? Hid need replacing every year or 2 depending how much you use them all they go opaque and the brightness drops off

On my car it's D3S, i bought off eBay for £25.. they have been fine. 4200 is a decent colour

Can you rotate/adjust the led to get the right beam pattern?

Not sure, from the UChoob vid, it looks like you can - see from 12.06

T'was a wire fault. All now fixed

Greased the rear UJ and prop - front wasn’t accessible so I’ll do that another day.

Also replaced the faulty RR, no sorry FL ABS sensor. Just can’t get the P38 out of the unit to check all the lights go out (local car sales parks there cars in front during business hours). Faults don’t reappear in Nanocom though so that’s promising.
