Leaking Injection Pump

The injection pump just on my 2.5NA has started peeing everywhere. Its leaking quite a lot and the MOT is just around the corner.
Are there any recommended people who do a recon service by return and who don't charge the earth?

I used DTM Diesel in Bristol earlier this year and had very good service. Posted, repaired the following day and delivered by hand that afternoon, although I am relatively local. Others have used diesel Bob, although I haven’t. Maybe a local Landy specialist can recommend someone closer to home.

The pumps are quite complex and to all intents and purposes it's a fit and forget part of the car.
Having it fully overhauled is quite a lengthy and complicated/specialist undertaking.

Diesle Bob charges around £500.

Thanks - was it a new or recon pump service? Can I ask how much they charged you?

It was a straightforward repair in the leak, which was around £180 including VAT and delivery. The recon was, as mentioned, around £500.

I am sure that a general clean and overhaul (O-rings etc) is within my capabilities but its a matter of time and inclination at the moment.

Rochecter city diesel in er Rochester, he probably has one of the shelf.
Peter is his name and he can talk more than me!
Quick google will give you his phone number, if you can give him any numbers off the pump it might help.
Enter co name into google maps and it is pretty accurate, well one shed over but you will see it when you get there.

Hey Lynall - I was with Peter yesterday - Its leaking from one of the outlet unions and he did a quick re-con on it but sadly its not fixed. Yes, he certainly can talk! The catflap is still going strong!
