It could be the handbrake. A lot of cars do it. As the sus drops the angle of the arm changes at the rear and can force the handbrake a little. So the Golden Girl has had a wobble. About time too, she's been running too well for too long. Pulled up at the farm yesterday and on came the brake light and the check brakes warning. Oh and air suspension inactive. I know the brakes are good, I put green stuff on , less than a thousand miles ago. With new discs at the same time.
Decided to call recovery anyway. Recovery arrives, no issue found, but suspect may be a sensor. So she's off to hospital on Thursday
On another note, anyone got any idea why she is creaking from back when she settles after being switched off? TIA.
had an argument with a pot hole the other day and had problems with driver side front. Juddering and pulling to the right when driving. Got it up to the yard this morning for it to be looked at and damaged bottom ball joint was found to be the culprit. Booked in for Friday morning for both sides top and bottom to be done![]()

It's further up ,^^^Piccies?!
I'll agree with the Meyle HD parts. The 9-5 i have used to go through droplinks every 6-12 months. Meyle HD now been on for about 10 years and only just needing replacement. The roads round Oxford are generally crap at best as well.Normally I would say Lemforder although I had one of theirs and it failed within a year. On the plus side they replaced it under warranty.
