Its a straight swap onto the manifold. From memory the fuel inlet and vacuum attachment are positioned slightly differently. The throttle linkage will line straight up. Just run the new cable and attach it on the same way.
The weber is non standard so you won't see it mentioned in any manual.
When you come to do it you will see how straightforward it is.

I fitted one that I got from Paddocks and it was just the choke cable that was different as has been mentioned, although it did also have an inline filter supplied in the kit and a few bits of petrol hose and clips.
It was easy to fit and I have been very pleased.
I admit that I am only comparing it to my old carb which was totally shot.

Is that the ICH 34 by any chance? Doesn't the throttle linkage work the other way round to standard?

Works the same way as a Ser III, but the opposite way to a Ser II

If I remember rightly you also need an adaptor plate for a Ser II as the studs are 90° out. It used to be part of the kit

I'm not sure. I don't remember having any problems with the linkage. I have the paperwork though and I will have a look and let you know tomorrow.
