Round here you get a special bag to put each sheet (or its remains) and they dispose of it for £16 ea. :(
Similar here in Linkinshirshire. But its limited to 2 free disposals each of max 20kg, and limited to 2 per year. And you have to apply for a letter of permission in advance. Extra bags can be paid for at 20 sovs each. I roughly estimate I have got 150 - 200kg of the stuff. I will be talking to legit commercial peeps once it is all off the roof.

Well.....
I thought I had nearly finished my tiling of the utility.
Only 3 and a 1/2 tiles to go, ...........
Looked in the box, ooops!
Only 2 whole tiles.
And there was me thinking I had loads spare.
Idiot that I am.:mad::mad::mad:
This is going under the boiler which will have a sort of cupboard around it, open top and bottom.
But it won't go down far enough to hide any make-do type work I will have to do.
:(:(:(

Then I had a fink.

I'd only just put up the last 3 courses today and the bottom one the afternoon before.
So I had a bash at removing the bottom tile. With a bit of hammering on the handle of a thin scraper it came away.
Phew!
So I took another whole tile off and two halves, stuck the two halves into the spaces where the whole ones had been, the vertical edge lines up and each course is only 1/2 a tile short.
So it looks fine as each set of tiles doesn't have to come right up to the doorway in one case or the arch in the other as neither is of the same width. And I have now "won" the extra tile I need to finish it off.

Having a celebratory beer!!!:):):):):)
Enjoy your evening folks!

Sounds good but as it takes the same amount of time as my method I can't see the advantage of using air fryer.
I roll it in paprika then put in frying pan with a little hot oil
High heat for 2 mins then turn it over, put lid on and simmer for ten mins
Then turn off and leave without touching it for a further ten mins
it will be nicely done and moist

Works for me :)
Shud be cheaper to cook wivva air fryer, if comparing to a lectric or gas cookerer.

Could be cheaper ??
My induction hob would only be on high for two mins and medium for 10 mins, total 12 mins
Air fryer on for twenty mins on high
Needs an experiment :)

Ditching the gas hob for an induction in the kitchen refit, crazy I know with the leccy prices but I'm working on the assumption things get hotter quicker :D
