It says "other glass" is included. I remember the woman on the phone was having problems with the billing system. I'll have to try and call them when they open to see if they can solve it. Otherwise a second hand hatch it is.

Ok some progress..
Start up from cold.. missing, can smell petrol in exhaust.. clears up after a minute.. no puff of blue smoke to suggest dodgy stem seals
Take air intake pipe off and there's oil behind the butterfly! Not a lot. The rocker breather hole is a bit milky, not noticed that before.. the breather on the other side is clear. Oil and coolant are both ok and no signs of mixing.

I'm determined to do this HG!!
GET STUCK IN, BALLS-DEEP, KERMIT!

I had the tailgate glass go on mine, looked out one morning and it was all crazed it had just shattered no reason, the insurance sorted it and only payed the excess, hope they sort it for you.

I’ve not seen this type before either, which is why I hoped it was OE. Don’t think my AC fans work and the electric kits I’ve seen are out of my price range, not that I’d have time to work out how to fit one :( Rovoteck kit seems the norm, is £200+
^^^ for £90 can bolt it on and it’s done

The aircon fans are probably OK, just not working due to no gas in the system. A 16" fan can be found for not a lot that does the job.
My aircon fans mod is dead easy to fit and costs about £15 for the stat. Cheaper and more reliable than the viscous, car is quieter and winter warm up is quicker.

The day was going so good:(.
As I have a gearbox filter come thought I would flush and run for a week before doing the filter.
So I made the guys day in the little auto shop when I asked for 10L of ATF and 8 spark plugs:D that was yesterday so picked up this am and set to it:).

Gearbox fluid drained doesn't look to bad no smell other than oil;). So did the first fill till dribbling (the car not me:)) Got the container filled for the next step. Started car and run it through the gears, all good. Leave the car running to do the second topup. Get in pit and whats that dripping , Is thin and smells of petrol:eek::eek:. Scramble out of the pit and turn the car off, So have a look see and it appears its coming from the back of the fuel rail at the regulator:(.

Thats it down tools and come into the house in a huff;). knowing full well this is going to be a PITA to source so that's the next job for this afternoon. Google is gonna get a test now:).

So thats 2 broken LRs in 1 week:(, we are down to the "mud ball" now so fingers crossed otherwise we will be going to the shop on the quad:D.
M says I am only doing it to justify time in the garage and not in the "east wing";).

At least I feel better now after this little rant and the beer is cold:D.
