I am changing the face of my disco 00 to the disco 03. I will need some advices. Does any one knows if the 03 bumper will fit????

Yes, they do fit - I have seen the conversion done although have not done it myself (just did the front and back lights)

hi could you tell me where you obtained front light conversion and aprox cost ( did it come with complete conversion kit?

I did mine over 2 years ago and at that time obtained the lights from ebay - there doesn't seem to be many on now. I just got the lights and did the rest myself.

I enquired about this over here with a LR wrecker and they said it was too difficult to put the S2a Disco upgrade lights onto the series 2 as the grill mounting was completely different as was the headlight mounting panel. I suppose it's nothing a grinder and a welder wouldnt fix.

Would be interested to hear from anyone that does it..pics and stuff..

Hi..the front bumper from a facelift model disco 02-04 model will bolt straight onto your 2000 model..ive just facelifted my 2000 model disco and it was a straight forward job..

Like it was said before, anything is possible with an angle grinder, as I fitted them to my 300. I also fitted projector lenses in them for a better beam pattern, led clusters for the side light and indicators and an led strip for a daylight running light

here is my 99 done the full conversion bumper is easy to fit but you will need to cut or change the inner wheel arch lining and swop or mod the towing eye lights are easy enough but you do need to cut quite alot of the front pannel and buy light plugs it makes alot better job http://www.simtekuk.co.uk/www.simtekuk.co.uk/info.php?p=12&cat=55999 (9 pin needed)

Your 99 Disco with the facelift looks absolutely fab.. nice job.

I want to exactly the same to my 2002 Disco (just pre-facelift), to look the same as what you've done here. Did you follow a guide to show you how it was all done?

I'm quite happy with a step by step guide and cutting with the angle grinder - but just don't want to mess it up by guessing...

It would also be really handy to have a parts list, so that I can start gathering what I need from Ebay / breakers in preparation for doing this. Your help is VERY much appreciated!
