Oh dear, that sucks. The time has to be "reasonable" if not they has to give you a replacement.
But then you know that I'm sure.
This happened with our induction hob. John Lewis ended up giving us a new one, they couldn't get the old one repaired even though it was brand new.

I am sorry to say that although we usually have a splendidly well-dressed tree every Xmas, herself is just not inclined to go to all the trouble this year.
A sign of ageing? or just that it is so much trouble trying to please people we don't need to please?

Just heard they will be picking up the blanket box on the 15th, full refund including the cost of transport "in view of all the trouble you've had", altho strictly speaking they didn't have to spring for that, so it was worth pushing!
Result!!!

It ses on their web site they collect faulty goods at their eggspense. Am surprised yer din't ask ferra nuvver one, assuming they still have em available.
