House was bitterly cold as the fire went out, fkn coal was soaking wet & the fire was too low
Sorted now tis blazing. Frosty here landy outside with the heater on
Im off to get a micro digger to put posts in the ground is solid me mate no appy wi his pick n shovel lol

Battery on my fender is not too good, I have to give it a top up charge every two or three weeks. Never got round to investigating as to why but I think it is just worn out. Any road up, I checked the voltage this morning before putting the charger on and it was showing 11.9 volts - a bit lower than usual. I wanted to see if it would start; a few seconds with the glow plugs, a half turn of the engine and it fired up ok. Bet a FL can't do that

Similar. I have a 5 year old Yuasa HD battery and it falls away without use. 24hrs of charge and the fender fires up first crank even after sitting unused fer months.

Same here, fender hasn't been out for a run for at least 6 weeks. I top it up fortnightly with the Cetek. Apart from the first time I used it I haven't left the charger on with the battery leads connected even though the instructions say I can, worried it might do some horrible damage to the lectricks. And its only a few seconds to disconnect everything and reconnect again.
