Freelander 2 under 2k advice

Hi all

I'm looking to buy a decent runaround for under 2k and have came across a few diesel auto Freelander 2's with the TD4 engine in my price range. I plan to own the car for about 6 months in which time I will be covering a fair few miles.

Does anyone have any advice on what to look for when buying, common issues etc?
