what size are standard discovery tyres its a 1996 300 tdi 3dr

hi there i think they are meant to be 235-70-16's but my 95 disco came with 205-80-16's but both are the same overall size i think hope this helps

the 205's wer fittid as standard thats bebee why your came with 205's fitted

mines got 235 85 r16 on it when i bought it

If it's a Disco Tdi 300, standard tyres are either 235/70/16 or 205/80/16.

Personally I find the 205's give a nicer overall ride quality.

all disco's except the es left Solihull on 205's. for some weird reason es models had 235's on. i doubt there are many left with 205's on now as most folk think big tyres =big knob...

Not so Yella, the '98 model year GS's had 235/70/16 as standard.

I'm now running mine on 205/80/16 - it's all a matter of confidence really

Hi Yella, no I didn't mean the ES DIDN'T get them, I meant that there was more than one model to get 235's - the GS got them as well. Yer picky bastid
