Now ive changed the injector harness and cleaned out the ecu conectors with no joy so ive had it on the computer and it comes up with the codes in the picture attatched.

So next up im gonna try clean the map sensor and mabe chage it if needs be
Now my question is has anyone had this befor and what else can i try

Tends to imply MAF might be fubar as well but others who are more up in all the electrickery will come on soon and tell ya.
Try disconnecting the MAF and see if that improves things.

A new MAF it is then ;)
If you can afford it, buy a genuine LR one. Although you can buy much cheaper ones off 'tinternet they just don't work properly.

A decent MAF is an expensive item so I suggest you run some tests before getting a new one. Others might suggest different (and more accurate) values but AFAIK, a good MAF should read as follows -

Resistance : Pins 1 - 2 = 16.8KΩ, Pins 1 - 3 = 34MΩ, Pins 2 - 3 = 34MΩ
Live Readings : Idle = 55 - 65 kg/hr, 3K RPM = 500 - 650 kg/hr

You need to look at live data to properly diagnose it. Dont know what kit you have but a nanocom and hawkeye can do this. Look at the MAF, AAP and MAP values. Expected range available via a google search.

the only comment i have is that resistance measurements on the MAF are not very relevant unless you get much different values cos the readings are altered by the tool's voltage and by the ambient temperature... you measure against an electronic circuit not the sensing elements

That is true. We're not measuring resistance here but simply looking for a reference value that could quickly indicate if the MAF internals are faulty. So, if you get no reading for instance, there will be no need to investigate further.
