Circuit Diagrams restrictions on upload size

has there been a change to the file size as previously diagram I once up loaded are now "ERROR FILE SIZE TO LARGE so no more circuit diagrams in PNG the only format that the colour do not bleed ?

I get that occasionally when trying to upload photos. Clear cookies and possibly try another browser, iirc that should solve it.

Had no problems until recent same browser and settings so is the forum restricting upload file sizes Recent ly uploaded png file 3.7m but cannot now ?
