Hi, following a dead battery and a ecu lock out, I got eka and radio codes from dealer. Eka good, car runs and I resynced the keys.
I entered the code in the radio but it just stays on the screen. Is there another button to press? Have checked code with dealer but can't help with how to enter it. Lots of info available but I need to know which make of radio I have. Can anyone tell me from the images? I suppose this is the right radio for a 2000 4.6 but not the original serial number?

Hi. I believe your radio is the "Clarion" make. Mine has the "Alpine" unit which was the one generally supplied as OE fit. Good luck with sorting it out. I'm certain that some highly knowledge folks will give you the correct info to get you sorted!

That's the one I have in mine (MY2000), just press enter again.
I wish the unit had an Aux-in so I could "spotify" it with the phone.
I do have a cigar-lighter FM transmitter with BT to my phone but there is always interference and background noise.
I tried one of the dummy BT tape pick-ups but that just has a horrible "HUM" too.
Not interested in changing it out though, it's original.

As posted its a Clarion from an older vehicle, Google Clarion they have a service depot in Swindon who may be able to help,

No I never bothered lol
It doesnt jump frequency to stay on station and does not pick up weaker signals which are typical up here

There's a company called grom I think that make an adapter that plugs in behind the radio and still lets you have the steering wheel controls and makes the original Bluetooth
