Unless you have a fat wallet stay away from V8 petrol.

Why? Not that much more thirsty than the v8 diesel and petrol is cheaper with the option to lpg it.
Mine is at least 60% cheaper per mile to run than the tdv8 on lpg and only a shade dearer on petrol.

There are a few cities in Europe where you cannot venture with a car more than about 3 years old, it helps the manufacturers shift new cars. I cannot visit my wife's family house in Drancy on the outskirts of Paris in ANY of my vehicles petrol or diesel.
